Voluntary national reviews (VNRs) -Panel 4: India, Lesotho Adoption of the Ministerial Declaration Conclusion of the HLPF The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development encourages member states to conduct regular and inclusive reviews of progress at the national and sub-national levels, which are country-led and country-driven. These Voluntary National Reviews, or VNRs, are presented at the HLPF meeting annually in July in New York.
