Voluntary national reviews (VNRs) -Panel 2: Germany, Kazakhstan, Seychelles-Panel 3: Japan, Gambia (The)-Panel 4: Indonesia, Suriname The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development encourages member states to conduct regular and inclusive reviews of progress at the national and sub-national levels, which are country-led and country-driven. These Voluntary National Reviews, or VNRs, are presented at the HLPF meeting annually in July in New York.
