Africa's health security is at a turning point: donor funding is declining just as populations grow and demand for care rises. With half of sub-Saharan countries reliant on external support, ONE is advancing a vision for sustainable, Africa-led financing: governments leading for Africans, health as a driver of growth, and an ecosystem approach that makes basic care a right for all. Yet persistent data gaps undermine decisions and accountability.
