This gathering organized by the Permanent Mission of the Philippines will bring together world leaders in a concerted effort to galvanize political action for support and tangible contributions to the Fund. It will further seek to forge sustainable partnerships capable of delivering predictable, timely, and needs-based financing to those already bearing the most severe impacts of climate change.
