Voluntary national reviews (VNRs) -Panel 1: Guatemala, Malaysia, Sudan -Panel 2: Kyrgyz Republic, Saint Lucia, South Africa The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development encourages member states to conduct regular and inclusive reviews of progress at the national and sub-national levels, which are country-led and country-driven. These Voluntary National Reviews, or VNRs, are presented at the HLPF meeting annually in July in New York.
