Launch of the Sevilla Forum on Debt The Sevilla Forum on Debt will be launched at the sixteenth United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD16) .It is one of the key commitments of the 4th Financing for Development Conference (FFD4) which took place in Spain in July 2025, and it represents a breakthrough in tackling the entrenched debt crisis in developing countries.
